Retired Astronaut Buzz AldrinThe second man to walk on the lunar surface and his partner, Anka Fur, were excited to tie the knot on the moon.
In a small private ceremony in Los Angeles, the two became husband and wife on Friday, which would have been Aldrin’s 93rd birthday. In a Twitter post, Aldrin said he and his partner were “as excited as teenagers on a run” for the special day.

In 1969, Aldrin moved along Neil Armstrong During NASA’s historic Apollo 11 mission, the first humans landed on the moon.
Aldrin retired from NASA in 1971 and later became A voice for the mission to send man to Mars.
His partner, Farr, is the executive vice president of Buzz Aldrin Ventures LLC. Aldrin tweeted that the two were too much of a couple Four yearsTraveling the world together and spending time with Faure’s grandchildren.
