Hull Venue – Local Acts To Perform First Public Event

Local Talent

The first public event for Hull Venue has been announced. Hosted by BBC Radio Humberside, the event will feature local talent from the city.

Local Indie band The Hubbards will be headlining the gig, with support from La Bête Blooms, Bud Sugar, and Chiedu Oraka.

The gig will be on the 25th of July, with doors open from 6:30pm, with the first act starting at 7:30.

“Incredibly talented unsigned bands”

David Burns, who is co-hosting the event with fellow presenter Alan Raw, said:

I am passionate about giving local music the profile it deserves as there are some incredibly talented unsigned bands in Northern Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire. This special night is a fantastic opportunity to see four brilliant acts in the region’s biggest venue.
