Two men have been charged with the robbery of the Hugh Rice jewellery shop in Beverley. We recently reported of the burglary and subsequent arrests following the robbery. In a turn of events the two men have also been charged with the robbery of the Lloyds Bank in Hull.
On the 1st of November thieves broke into the Lloyds Bank on Newland Avenue. Following investigation by Humberside Police two men have now been charged with the robbery. Ian Billany, 39, and Lee Rose, 37, have been charged.
The two men appeared at Hull Crown Court on the 8th of December on these charges.
Following the charges the two men will also appear at Hull Magistrates Court on the 20th of December.
