Humberside Police are appealing to find the driver of a van which knocked a cyclist off his bike.

The incident happened on the 3rd of October on the A1035, by the Meaux junction in Routh.

As the cyclist was riding past the junction he was knocked off his bicycle by a man in a van.

The driver of the van stopped initially, but failed to leave any details.

After the incident the driver of the van drove towards the White Cross roundabout, along the A1035.

Police are appealing for the driver of the van to come forward, and for any witnesses of the event, which happened at around 8pm.

The cyclist suffered severe injuries from the incident.
